Global Client Executive

Responsibilities:

1.Assist the Market Business Development Head in client expansion and support the Business Development Director in technical pre-sales and commercial activities, including client acquisition, business support, and brand promotion.

2.Independently conduct client visits and professional training, progress to independently acquire clients, and ultimately contribute to achieving team sales targets.

3.Possess foundational knowledge in computer science/statistics/clinical trial systems (e.g., EDC, IRT, ePRO, CTMS), and provide tailored solutions for user needs, including technical pre-sales support, bidding/tendering proposal design, pricing negotiations, etc.

4.Align with the company's technical positioning and strategic goals, collaborate closely with marketing/business teams to maintain and enhance brand image, including participation in domestic/overseas industry conferences, large-scale client presentations/trainings, and annual key client relationship management.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in a pharmaceutical, medical, or related field.

2.Fluent in spoken and written English.

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

4.Possess relevant experience in marketing promotion.

5.Strong execution and communication skills

6.Excellent problem-solving, task management, and time management abilities.

7.Demonstrate resilience in fast-paced work environments.

English Customer Service Representative

Europe

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, official WeChat account, etc.).

2. Be familiar with company products and their functionalities, provide accurate solutions to customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Collect customer feedback, document their needs and suggestions, and compile reports for the operations supervisor.

4. Assist with other related tasks in the business operations department.


Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills, fluent in English with clear articulation.

2. Proficient in common office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

3. Good problem-solving abilities.

4. Strong customer service mindset, with patience and a sense of responsibility.
